So far over the years, I've had 2 truck satnavs, charger cables and a repair. Have always phoned Chris and he has responded immediately with a faster return post if asked for. I bought my sat nav from Chris at truck nav about 18 months ago. It is a fantastic bit of kit which I use tramping all over Britain. Had a small issue with it and a quick call to chris and it was sorted over the phone in minutes. Can't get better customer service than that. A must for any trucker to have. My wife bought the Satnav for our motorhome as tom tom seemed to seek out narrow lanes and also directed me into car parks i hadn't entered. After entering my motorhome dimensions Truck nav keeps me on acessible routes. I had a query on a Saturday about Trucknav coverage in Ireland. I received a positive reply within the hour.
